Join Ingrid for a fun, creative workshop, learning 4 of the basic techniques of fluid art, using Spring as a theme. Great for those wanting to try something fun and creative, as well as for our Fine Artists who want to learn new techniques to create exciting backgrounds for their acrylic or oil paintings.

What attendees will learn:
4 techniques on coasters (Chain Pull, Flip Cup, Swipe and Reverse Dip) with a flower theme.
Select your favorite technique and pour it onto a stretched canvas to take home with you.
Materials required:

All materials provided. Please wear old clothes and bring an apron. Paint will stain your clothes if it spills.

Teacher/ Host: A little background / history/ experience.
Ingrid has been an acrylic artist for many years, with Fluid Art being one of her specialities. She has been hosting small courses and tutorials on various art and craft techniques and runs Fluid Art South Africa on Facebook. As Gecko Art Online, she has developed her own brand of premixed acrylic pouring paints, hosted many workshops and encouraged up and coming artists of all ages for almost 10 years. Ingrid is the Vice President and the Exhibition Coordinator of SASA. She is also the Managing Director of Kunye Art Foundation and is the curator for the Grand Daddy Hotel.
