After a lifetime with books and words in various libraries, Catherine Dubbeld has found her niche in a wordless art – painting. She has been working in oils for less than ten years, and is moving gradually from representative to abstract work. However, she has not abandoned words altogether – she is just starting to write children’s books in a collaborative venture with her husband and a friend, a brilliant layout artist.
