We held the final SASA Saturday life drawing session of the 2017 season on 22 July. The morning was “crisp” rather than cold and all our members came ready for loads of drawing action.
We had Robyn to sit for us and she certainly did not disappoint – with the firm curviness of her body and the perfect poses she struck, she gave us wonderful opportunities to create some beautiful works of art.
This has been an extremely satisfying season for all our life drawing enthusiasts and some have expressed sadness at its ending, but I must remind you that on the second Thursday of each month, we have life drawing in the hall at the Athenaeum. These sessions are from 6:30 to 9:30 in the evening, with the same structure that we use on Saturday mornings. So you can still get your fix!
Once again…a huge thank you to Lyn Northam, for allowing us the use of her equipment and to all our wonderful helpers who set the Scout Hall to rights at the end of the morning.
