Saturday Morning Life Drawing

The penultimate in the SASA Winter life drawing series was held in the Newlands Scout Hall on Saturday 15 July.

We were privileged to have the superb modelling services of Kitty for the morning. Her history of dance and ten years of experience as an artist’s model make her wonderfully professional and an absolute pleasure to draw.

Her new – for us – “gamine” hair-cut is quite a change from the ’60s bob we’ve come to associate with Kitty, but it adds to her unique look and many beautiful pieces were produced, resulting in a hall-full of very happy artists.

Thanks, as usual, Lyn Northam, for the use of your equipment and to all those who make fast work of the tidy up. All much appreciated.
